CALM is actively involved in developing new Laws related to LPA domain and amending the existing ones. Whenever a ministry, parliament committee, public agency or Local Authority is coming with proposals for amending laws related to LPA domain or comes with law initiatives, CALM is providing, on permanent basis, its legal opinion resulted from the consultations with its members. The resent meetings related to this activity were held with the representatives of Ministry of Finance on Personal Income Tax – ways of payment at the place of residence and amendment of the Law on Public Procurement and also meeting with CALM members to come with a consolidated position over the new Law on Single Tax in Agriculture.
